We cannot really eradicate the fact that no matter how long we are serving a community, we really don't know how effective we are as leaders unless the people themselves tell you that you,indeed, have done something good for them...But even if we do have the power, still we need to ensure that we jive our leadership with quality service. Quality in the sense that we need to be transparent and credible enough as chosen officials....
If we fail to do this, something ferocious will surely happen...when people call for change, all we have to do is listen. Don't be an imperialist.Don't pretend that you know everything. Voices are sounds you may hear but are enough to turn you into pieces..
